What we collect

Your name, email, optional phone number, country, timezone, parish or diocese, cohort choice, and your consent choices. We do not ask for medical information or relationship history during registration.

How we use it

• To manage your registration and course participation.
• To send necessary service messages (confirmations, schedule changes).
• To send news only if you separately opted in.

Who can see it

Only authorized course staff, according to their role. Your partner sees shared enrollment information but not your private messages or appointment notes.

Payments

Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored by us.

Retention and deletion

We keep records for as long as needed to run the course and issue certificates. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing omcoursecmf@gmail.com.
