Course enrollment

You may cancel your enrollment before the cohort begins. Requests for refunds of course fees are reviewed by the course management. (Exact refund terms to be confirmed by the organization.)

Transferring cohorts

If you cannot attend, you may ask to transfer to a later cohort, subject to availability.

Appointments

Appointments can be cancelled from your portal up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Later changes can be requested by contacting us.
